How Can We Help?

A Team That Truly Cares for Your Child and Your Family

At Reveal Ability, our work is powered by a dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and Behavior Technicians who believe in compassionate, individualized, relationship-based care for children with autism and their families.

Relationship-Based, Team-Centered Care

At Reveal Ability, we believe that meaningful progress happens through strong, trusting relationships. Every child and family is supported by a team of professionals who collaborate closely, communicate openly, and share a commitment to compassionate, individualized care.

Our services are led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who provide clinical oversight, assessment, and treatment planning. Working alongside them are Registered Behavior Technicians, tutors, and group facilitators who build day-to-day connections with children, deliver therapy and instruction, and bring patience, creativity, and dedication to every session.

We value collaboration, consistency, and mutual respect. Families are active members of the team, and we believe that when clinicians, direct care staff, and caregivers work together, children are best supported in reaching their goals.

Clinical Leadership

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide the clinical leadership that guides all services at Reveal Ability. They are responsible for assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and ensuring that each child’s program is ethical, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based practice.

Our BCBAs work closely with families, direct care staff, and collaborating professionals to support progress across home, school, and community settings. They are committed not only to clinical excellence, but also to building trusting, respectful relationships with the children and families they serve.

The Heart of Our Daily Care

Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians are the people who spend each day building relationships with children and families. They deliver therapy, support learning, celebrate successes, and provide consistency, patience, and encouragement through every step of a child’s journey.

These team members are often the familiar, trusted faces children look forward to seeing each week. They bring warmth, creativity, and dedication to their work, and they play a critical role in helping children feel safe, understood, and motivated to learn.

All direct care staff receive ongoing training, supervision, and support from our clinical leadership to ensure high-quality, ethical, and individualized care. We are proud of the compassion, professionalism, and commitment they bring to every session.

A Team Supported to Do Their Best Work

We believe that when clinicians and therapists are supported, trained, and valued, children and families receive the highest quality care. At Reveal Ability, we invest in our team through ongoing training, supervision, collaboration, and a culture that prioritizes growth, compassion, and professionalism.

Our staff participate in regular clinical supervision, continuing education, and team meetings to ensure that services remain ethical, effective, and aligned with best practices. We foster an environment where questions are welcomed, ideas are shared, and every team member’s role is respected.

Above all, we are united by a shared mission: to provide thoughtful, relationship-based support that helps children with autism and their families thrive.

We’re Honored to Be Part of Your Child’s Journey

Choosing a team to support your child with autism is a deeply personal decision. At Reveal Ability, we are grateful for the trust families place in us and are committed to showing up each day with compassion, professionalism, and dedication.
