How Can We Help?

About Reveal Ability

Reveal Ability is a BCBA-led organization specializing in in-person services for children with autism and their families.  We are especially passionate about supporting children with complex communication, learning, and behavioral needs, and the families who advocate for them.  Reveal Ability was founded on the belief that every child deserves to be understood, and every family deserves a team who walks alongside them with respect, compassion, and clinical excellence.  We believe meaningful progress happens through consistent, in-person relationships built on trust, collaboration, and evidence-based practice.

Meet the founder

Jaclyn Blachly, M. Ed., BCBA, LBA

Jaclyn Blachly has dedicated her career to supporting children with autism and their families since 2007, when she established a Regional Autism Program for Anne Arundel County Public Schools.  Within the public school system, Jaclyn taught students with autism across ages and abilities for nine years. After obtaining her BCBA certification, Jaclyn transitioned to become a behavior specialist in the non-public school setting. At The Strawbridge School Jaclyn supported students ages 5 to 21 with a wider array of diagnoses including intellectual disabilities, autism and emotional disabilities. In 2016, Jaclyn was promoted to the Director of Behavioral and Related Services and Administrative Head of The Strawbridge School. She served in this role for five years before moving into the private sector.  Since 2021, Jaclyn has been actively involved in providing ABA services in diverse settings such as homes, schools, and clinics, while also consulting with educational institutions and stakeholders.

Jaclyn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Towson University, and her Master's degree in Special Education Technology from Johns Hopkins University, where she also completed her coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis. She achieved Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst in 2015. Jaclyn is also a Certified Special Educator in the state of Maryland with endorsements in Reading and Administration.

Through her work as a teacher, school administrator, BCBA, and consultant, Jaclyn has seen first hand the needs of our community. Jaclyn believes that given the proper support and guidance, all children can learn.  Motivated by her passion for individuals with special needs and the needs of her community, Jaclyn founded Reveal Ability in 2024.
