Join a BCBA-led, relationship-based team supporting children with autism and their families through evidence-based, in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are the heart of day-to-day care at Reveal Ability. They build trusting relationships with children, implement individualized programs, and support meaningful progress in communication, behavior, social skills, and daily living.
This is hands-on, purposeful work for individuals who want to grow, learn, and make a real impact in the lives of children and families.

Working as a Registered Behavior Technician is more than a job—it is an opportunity to be part of a child’s growth, learning, and success. RBTs support children with autism as they build communication, social, adaptive, and emotional regulation skills that can have a lasting impact on their daily lives and their families.
This role is deeply rewarding, and it also requires patience, compassion, and a commitment to learning. You may be celebrating a child’s first words, helping them navigate big emotions, supporting a successful transition, or watching them gain independence in skills they once found challenging.
At Reveal Ability, we believe in the power of relationships. The trust you build with a child and their family is just as important as the skills you teach. For those who are drawn to meaningful, hands-on work and want to be part of something bigger than themselves, becoming an RBT can be a truly fulfilling career path.

Registered Behavior Technicians at Reveal Ability play a vital role in supporting children with autism and their families. Under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), RBTs implement individualized treatment plans and provide direct, in-person therapy across home, school, and community settings.
In this role, you will:

We believe in setting realistic expectations and supporting our team. This work is deeply rewarding, but it also requires commitment, professionalism, and resilience.
Reveal Ability will share low cost options for online training to complete your 40 hour requirement. While you're learning, we're here to answer any questions you may encounter.
Once you've finished your 40 hour training, one of our BCBAs will meet with you to complete your competency assessment. You'll review each area you learned about in training and share what you've learned through an interview and role play.
In order to become a Registered Behavior Technician you'll need to pass the RBT exam. This is taken in a testing center. We'll provide study materials to help you succeed and celebrate with you when you pass!
To become an RBT, you’ll need to have completed high school or its equivalent and be at least 18 years old.
All RBTs are required to successfully pass a background check as part of the licensing process and to work with Reveal Ability.
A strong desire to learn is essential for success as an RBT. This role requires ongoing development of skills and knowledge in behavior analysis, as you'll be working with diverse individuals and situations. If you're passionate about growing professionally, staying curious, and adapting to new challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact while expanding your expertise.

At Reveal Ability, we believe that high-quality care begins with well-trained, well-supported staff. RBTs receive comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, and consistent supervision from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
